You can request service for a specific property wherever you see the icon (Company, Property, Section Level). In this example, we entered in the property level to request service.
1. Select the section of your property that you would like to service
2. Select a site contact for the service technician to reach for roof access and for any questions.
3. Determine the level of priority for the service request. You will notice a response time next to each option. Note: depending on you agreement, there might be an higher cost for emergency service.
4. Upload PDF or images files here to attache specific content to this service request.
5. Include specific notes.
6. Press the “Send Dispatch button to finalize request.
